By using this website you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions and confirm you are over 18 years of age. Your statutory rights will not be affected by our Terms and Conditions but we have the right to refuse to supply goods or services without further explanation at our discretion.
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Orders already accepted would not be liable to any price increases.
Goods will be normally despatched within 3 working days, providing all items are in stock. Customers would be notified immediately of any items not currently in stock.
Any information collected by us in connection with your using our website will be kept totally confidential and will not be shared by any third parties. There will also be limited access to your data.
Returns And Exchange Policy
If you would like to return your items for a refund in person please book one of the refund/exchange slots via the Book Appointment Tool. Alternatively Customers may send back at their own expense items in original packaging and condition with tags still attached, along with proof of purchase . If you would like a refund on the goods we will refund them if they are received back in new resalable condition within 14 working days of delivery or of the collection date. If you require a replacement item (eg wrong size ordered) then please email email@example.com to arrange the exchange. We will prepare the order and guide you to book a returns appointment slot at that stage.
We reserve the right on orders not collected (Paid) will be put back into stock after 6 months from date customer was advised order was ready for collection.
Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge. We will endeavour to process all refunds within 10 days of receipt however at busier times such as Back to School please allow up to 21 working days.
We are unable to offer refunds on some items (eg. gum shields & leotards). We can also not refund or exchange personalised embroidered items or where Badges have been sewn onto Blazers.
We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
Any goods with manufacturing defects on arrival will be replaced or refunded. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Goods may only be returned in the condition they were sold and in the original packaging.

The Sewing Shop
There is a free car park and ample road parking along Sun Lane. There is limited parking in Cross Lane East and please be considerate to our neighbours and not block access to driveways.
